1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jettbazz ("jettbazz", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the jettbazz platform, including but not limited to its website, mobile-optimised interface, sports betting services, casino games, live dealer tables, esports markets, and all associated features and content.

By accessing jettbazz, clicking the registration button, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. jettbazz reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details associated with their account. Your continued use of jettbazz following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not agree to these Terms — either in their current form or as revised — your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue all use of jettbazz and, if you hold a registered account, to contact our support team to initiate account closure.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jettbazz is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any feature of jettbazz. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jettbazz takes underage gambling seriously and employs verification procedures at the point of registration as well as at subsequent points during your use of the platform. Where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed, jettbazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and to void any associated bets, winnings, or balances without liability.

2.2 Personal Capacity

You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal recreational use. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.

2.3 Single Account Requirement

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on jettbazz. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jettbazz actively monitors for duplicate account activity. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether initiated by you on jettbazz directly, or through any third-party problem gambling organisation — that would prohibit your access to online gambling services. It is your responsibility to notify jettbazz if you are or become subject to such an order. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

2.5 Not a jettbazz Employee or Affiliate

Current employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of jettbazz or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jettbazz's services, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jettbazz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of its account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage during your use of the platform:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used (e.g., the registered mobile number for bKash or Nagad)
• A selfie photograph for identity confirmation purposes

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request being issued — may result in your account being restricted from withdrawals or suspended entirely until verification is completed.

3.3 Login Credentials and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must not allow any third party to access your account. jettbazz will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jettbazz immediately via our 24/7 live chat support or by emailing support@jettbazz. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information up to date at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account accordingly. jettbazz accepts no responsibility for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jettbazz currently supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered Bangladesh mobile numbers
• Nagad — zero-fee local transfers with rapid processing
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — available nationwide across Bangladesh
• Upay — growing coverage across urban and semi-urban areas
• Visa and Mastercard — for international card holders

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount on jettbazz is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jettbazz account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement that jettbazz enforces without exception. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a given day are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to verification status.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jettbazz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jettbazz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you deposit using an international card in a currency other than BDT, your card issuer's standard currency conversion rate will apply and any resulting currency conversion fees are your own responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jettbazz is committed to the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to delay, investigate, or refuse any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with a player's established betting patterns. In cases of suspected money laundering, jettbazz may report the activity to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder concerned.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on jettbazz are subject to individual offer terms that will be published alongside each promotion. Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on the platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a jettbazz account are subject to wagering requirements before they (or any winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before the wagering requirement has been met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jettbazz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game or market; and colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension may be voided.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

jettbazz's promotional calendar is aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market. Seasonal offers are typically timed around the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and cultural occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). The availability and terms of seasonal promotions are subject to change and are not guaranteed to recur in future periods.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jettbazz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time, including after it has commenced, if we reasonably believe the promotion is being misused or if external circumstances (including regulatory guidance) make continuation of the promotion inappropriate. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-term, jettbazz will make reasonable efforts to honour the value already accrued by eligible players.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on jettbazz are subject to the platform's current odds and market rules at the time of placement. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation — either on-screen or via account history. jettbazz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to be placed in error, bets that exceed platform stake limits, or bets placed under circumstances suggesting market irregularity.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, esports, and other markets. In-play odds change rapidly and continuously to reflect real-time match events. jettbazz is not responsible for connection interruptions or delays that may result in a bet being placed at a different odds value than intended by the player. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it is binding.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided (cancelled and the stake returned) in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed beyond the platform's settlement window; the bet was placed at an incorrectly published price due to a technical error; or the bet relates to a market that jettbazz has determined to be affected by match manipulation, corruption, or other integrity concerns. jettbazz's decision to void a bet in such circumstances is final.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers, and live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Playtech — are governed by the individual game rules and paytables provided within each game interface. jettbazz accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from player misunderstanding of individual game rules. All RNG-based game outcomes are certified as random and independently verified.

6.5 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, payout, or game outcome, jettbazz reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the player's stake. This right applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it. jettbazz's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the original stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jettbazz and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sport or event offered on the platform
• Using jettbazz for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to a jettbazz transaction without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jettbazz staff in any communication channel
• Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion period, whether your own or that imposed by the platform
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding the platform or other users

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jettbazz

jettbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; the account holder has failed to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process; or we have received a valid legal instruction to do so from a competent authority. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jettbazz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@jettbazz. Before processing an account closure, we will confirm your identity and will prompt you to withdraw any remaining balance. If you are seeking to close your account as a result of a gambling problem, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options, which may be more appropriate than standard account closure.

8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by jettbazz — any pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned, subject to the fraud and prohibited conduct provisions above. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verified account balances will be returned to the payment method on record following standard processing timelines.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jettbazz reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, provided the account holder has been notified in advance. If an inactivity fee would reduce the account balance below zero, the balance will be reduced to zero and no further fees will be applied. jettbazz will make reasonable efforts to contact inactive account holders before any fee is applied.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jettbazz, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at support@jettbazz so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. jettbazz's decisions in matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the settlement of bets, and the operation of the platform are final, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
